JLL and King Sturge could merge for Olympic tie-up

Breaking news this week that Jones Lang LaSalle and King Sturge are in talks to merge could have Olympic ramifications.

Lend Lease and London & Continental Railways are in the process of deciding their agency partners on the 4m sq ft Stratford International Quarter. Jones Lang LaSalle and King Sturge are one of six parties to bid, alongside Drivers Jonas Deloitte, BNP Paribas Real Estate, Knight Frank and DTZ.

Choosing JLL and King Sturge as joint agency would mean a formidable team any way. Perhaps the decision just got a little easier.
