East London property fund mooted to keep key developments alive

So what happens to all of those significant public sector driven regeneration schemes in east London – many of them on the fringes of the Olympics jamboree – that the Mayor’s new Development Corporation is not planning to take on when it launches next year?

Well I can reveal that there are some interesting discussions at the moment focused on the creation of a separate East London property fund to ensure these projects continue and receive private sector backing.
